The past couple of weeks have DEFINITELY been trying. If you've ever been to Atlanta, you know that traffic on I-285 is CRAZY. On my way home from work, my Zune died. It was a complete and total travesty. There I was STUCK on 285 with no music. What's worse, I removed all the cds from my car because everything was on my Zune. That was Monday. Blessings All, It is the twenty-first day of May. I have spent the first twenty days of this month slowing myself down. It has allowed me to rediscover balance. Blessings All, Today I attended the first day of NIH's first Yoga Week Conference (http://does.ors.od.nih.gov/fitness/yogaWeek.htm). It was yogalicious. The event began with a warm welcome from NIH staffers and a yoga vinyasa demonstration featuring NIH staff and yoga teachers from Rockville, MD and NYC.
