Krishna Kaur has been teaching the art and science of Kundalini Yoga since 1970. She is certified by 3HO Foundation and the Kundalini Research Institute as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer. Founder of Yoga for Youth, Krishna Kaur has taught yoga to urban and incarcerated youth for the past 11 years and now trains yoga teachers. Prior to dedicating herself to yoga, she had a successful career in the theater, costarring in the original Broadway hit Sweet Charity with Gwen Verdon and in Jean Genet’s The Blacks with Lou Gossett, Jr. www.yogaforyouth.org
